Do I need any special any special Hardware or Software?
NO, our service is a pure web based platform independent application. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and a browser installed and you can access your account anywhere in the world.

I only have a dialup connection, can I still use the service?
Yes, you can still use our service with a dial-up connection as the high bandwidth requirement is handled by our server and not your computer. It would be beneficial, however, if you have a fast and stable connection.

How do I pay and is the payment system secure?
You can pay online using our secure payment gateway (credit card / pay pal).

How long does it take before credits bought are added to my account?
If you made the payment online through credit card, the credits will immediately get added to your account.

Is there any time limitation to send the messages?
No.

Is there any setup fees?

What kind of languages can I send SMS in?
Our service supports sending messages in English as well as other Unicode Languages like Chinese, Thai, etc.

How many characters can the SMS message support?
Normal SMS (e.g. English) will be able to hold up to 153 characters. A Unicode (e.g. Chinese) SMS will be able to hold up to 63 characters.

Which networks and countries can I SMS/MMS to?
You are able to SMS/MMS at the same fixed cost to Malaysia. Countries outside Malaysia can also be reached but we will have to send the SMS for you at a different cost level. Kindly contact us for more information.

How much does it cost to send a message to a particular country?
You can find out how many credits it costs to send to end users by checking our constantly updated Packages.

What is MMS?
MMS stands for Multimedia Messaging Service and this type of text messaging is an evolution of the SMS. With a MMS, you can send a message including pictures, video or audio content to another device.

What is the difference between SMS and MMS?
SMS IS restricted to sending text-only messages. MMS or multimedia messaging service is way more enhanced than the SMS service and can include not only text and pictures but short videos, wallpaper also.

Is there any limitation to the size limit of the MMS?
Yes, only MMS within 100kb can be delivered successfully.

I received the message "Message cannot be displayed here". May I know why this message appears?
This message appeared in view that you used to have an MMS phone, but at the point of receiving the message, you are using a non MMS/legacy phone. Please contact your respective telcos for MMS setting.

What kind of log files are kept and for how long?
You can keep track of your SMS sending and Credit Transfer Log files for up to 3 months after which they will be deleted automatically from our system. You can also export the log reports out into excel format for offline checking.

How does your appplication's contact management work?
Go!SMS contact management system is powerful and user friendly. In addition to keying in your contacts manually, you can import database lists straight into your account via text files in CSV format (comma delimited) which is easily converted from Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, etc. You can also perform grouping, editing and deletion functions as well as exportings contact lists back out to Microsoft Excel File format.

Is my privacy protected?
We take any precautions necessary to protect your private information including the content of your messages as well as your account and billing details. However, we expect you to act responsibly when using your account login and password. Do so by limiting exposure to this information to as few persons as possible and by regularly changing the password.
